A CORONATION Street favourite is set to sell up and quit Weatherfield after 11 years in upcoming scenes.
Several beloved characters are set to leave theĀ ITVĀ soap in the coming months.

This includes Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King), who debuted on the cobbles in July 2014.
In scenes yet to air, Yasmeen reveals to granddaughter Alya (Sair Khan) that she’s sold her half of Speed Daal.
Yasmeen’s grandson Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) founded the Pakistani restaurant back in 2018.

Elsewhere, Yasmeen and Alya share an emotional farewell as the former leaves Weatherfield.
Back in January, The Sun revealed actress ShelleyĀ will be leaving the role of YasmeenĀ after 11 years.
It was reported the 69-year-old had already finished filming her final scenes.
A TV insider said: “This will be another blow for fans of the show, as Yasmeen is a much-loved character who’s part of the fabric of Corrie.
“She’s had some huge storylines since she joined the soap in 2014, and she’ll be sorely missed by cast and crew.
“Itās understood she is leaving so she can explore other projects.”
Yasmeen arrived on the street with first husband Sharif (Marc Anwar) and their two grandchildren.
The group joined Yasmeen and Sharif’s son Kal (Jimi Mistry), who’d arrived in Weatherfield months earlier.
But tragedy struck as Kal was killed in a fire and Sharif had an affair with her friend so Yasmeen kicked him out.
Further torment came when she married controlling Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) in 2019.
She briefly found love again with chef Stu Carpenter (Bill Fellows) – until his departure last year.
