Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has given fans a peek inside her stunning baby shower as she prepares to welcome her second child – a baby girl – into the world

Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon dazzled as she celebrated her baby shower surrounded by her friends and family. The iconic soap star, who is pregnant with her second child, has opened up about her pregnancy journey after revealing that she was expecting back in August.
In the latest update, Lucy, 28, who is pregnant with a baby girl, has revealed that she has marked her approaching due date with a special baby shower. In a wholesome post shared with her 587,000 Instagram followers she revealed that she “felt so lucky” to be able to mark the milestone in such a way.

Giving fans a peek inside the occasion, the Corrie star looked sensational as she sported a burgundy maxi dress which hugged her blossoming baby bump. To accessorise the wintery look, Lucy wore a pearl necklace and carried a beaded clutched bag which was personalised with her name.
With a little girl on the way, the TV personality was treated to a ‘slaybe shower’ which featured lots of bow details, including a stunning cake topped with a baby pink bow made out of fondant. In keeping with the feminine feel, the party also boasted gorgeous pink and gold balloon arches as well as a neon sign that read ‘oh baby’.

Lucy, who is already a mum to Sonny Jude, one, also treated guests to fun activities, such as guessing her daughter’s eye colour and hair colour.
“Celebrating our little girl i have never felt so lucky x,” wrote Lucy. “thank you to @hair.bylea_ and @glambysuzie for being the best and to @ledigo_events for putting on the best baby shower. so grateful for you all”.
In response to the special occasion, Lucy’s famous co-stars and friends filled the comments with celebratory messages. “Baby girls having a baby girl,” wrote Brooke Vincent. “So beautiful Lucy love you,” added Helen Flanagan.

Steph, owner of Ledigo Events – who organised the baby shower – has previously spoke to OK! about her business, revealing that it’s a “dream” to be able to put on the events. “This business is my dream and it’s all I’ve ever wanted to do. I joke that it’s hard to get a boyfriend because I’m constantly on my phone and at work, but I make sacrifices because I love my job so much,” she said.
“I remember being on a flight once and finding out that a client had got the date of an event wrong by one month. Suddenly something that was a month away was happening in a couple of hours and I had to fire out a lot of messages just as I was boarding the plane. We managed to get it done but it wasn’t the best way to start a trip.”
