EastEnders viewers are certain Tommy Moon is going to be sectioned after his violent antics have spiralled out of control.
During Wednesday’s trip to the Square (October 23), the fallout of Tommy Moon’s (played by Sonny Kendall) spat with Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) continued after he poured boiling soup over him.
As the Slaters held an emergency family meeting, Freddie donned a bandaged forearm and explained Tommy lashed out as Jean (Gillian Wright) and Alfie (Shane Richie) started to get concerned about the teenager’s mood.
Despite offering some support to Kat (Jessie Wallace), the worried mum tried to defend her son and put it down to a phase he was going through.

The situation swiftly escalated when Tommy screamed at his twin brothers Bert and Ernie. As Tommy stormed out of the room, it became clear that Tommy was abusing his siblings as well as his mum.
The reality of Tommy’s violence left Kat fearful she ditched trying to speak to him about his abuse and opted to ask him about his dinner options in an awkward conversation.
Jean struggled with how to manage Tommy and after a chat with Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) she decided to call for help.
As the episode ended Jean was on the phone to social services. But what will happen to Tommy now?

EastEnders viewers rushed to social media to share their theories with some predicting Tommy will be taken away from Kat, and section.
One person stated: “Could Tommy get sectioned? #EastEnders”, while a second demanded: “Tommy needs to get sectioned NOW!!! #EastEnders.”
A third exclaimed: “#EastEnders has nobody talked about psychiatric assessment for Tommy?” “#EastEnders Tommy needs to be kept away from anyone he can harm!”, urged another viewer.
