BREAKING: Corrie Stars Stephanie Davis breaks silence on her bad conditon health, she needed our prayer
A stressful ordeal.
Hollyoaks and Coronation Street’s Stephanie Davis has revealed an update to her followers after being sent to A&E.
The star, who portrayed Sinead O’Connor in the Channel 4 soap, is currently pregnant with her second baby after announcing the happy news in August.
Recently, Stephanie revealed on her social media that she had been sent to A&E by a doctor after feeling unwell last Friday.
The actress updated her followers on the symptoms she had been experiencing including ‘swollen joints’ and being ‘short of breath’. Shen then went on to say doctors and nurses have wondered if she’s developed ‘pregnancy arthritis’.
‘It’s killing me. My ankles are swollen and I started getting really short of breath so the doctor sent me to A&E on Friday night. And I was like I can’t sit, it’s just torture’, she said.
Stephanie revealed that the doctors gave her ‘some nebulisers’ which helped her breathing.
‘Just by the end of it, at god knows what time in the morning, we just wanted to get home.’
She added: ‘I was just like ready for bed, on the verge of tears after sitting on those chairs. I’m struggling a bit again tonight, but I’m okay, I’m fine. I’ve just been a bit stressed I think. If I wasn’t pregnant I wouldn’t have gone because it’s just a nightmare isn’t it, sitting there.
‘But obviously because of the swollen hands, swollen feet, shortness of breath, pregnant, obviously just wanted to make sure the baby was okay. So we rode it out.’
‘I am just so tired. Just been a bit stressful, going to take my time this week and chill.’
Stephanie is already a mum to seven-year-old son Caben, whom she shares with ex-partner Jeremy McConnell, having met him on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
Now dating Joe McKalroy, the former Hollyoaks star is delighted to be expanding her family.
She was sacked from Hollyoaks in 2015 when it was deemed she turned up to set ‘unfit to work’, though she rejoined in 2018 before leaving again in 2020.
Then, last year, Stephanie appeared in ITV’s Coronation Street as Courtney Vance between July and November.
Her storyline certainly raised eyebrows, as her character began a steamy affair with her husband’s assistant, Aadi Alahan.
