Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has slashed the asking price of her luxurious mansion by £305,000 just weeks after it was first listed. The 34 year old actress initially put the sprawling property on the market for a cool £1.5 million.
However, just weeks later, the price tag on the six-bedroom mansion has been significantly reduced by over 20 per cent, making it now available for £1,195,000. This comes after Helen confessed she has been “really struggling financially”, despite her longstanding role on the popular ITV soap and appearances on various reality TV shows. She recently made a brief appearance on Celebs Go Dating, but left early after revealing she already had a secret boyfriend – whom she is no longer dating.
Located on the outskirts of Bolton, Helen’s impressive home spans three floors and boasts six bedrooms. The property, which covers over 5,000 square feet, also features a large designer walk-in wardrobe.
It comes after the mum-of-three recently jetted off to Ibiza, where she partied with Wayne Lineker and former EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney. The newly single beauty gave her followers a glimpse into her lavish getaway, looking gorgeous in a black bikini.
She took to Instagram to share pictures from her time at O Beach Ibiza with Dean and Wayne and in one photo, Gary Lineker’s brother Wayne is seen giving Helen a peck on the head. She captioned the post: “Best day @obeachibiza always the most fun day x.”
Posting a picture with former soap star Dean, Helen referred to their shared history on the all-stars edition of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2023, adding “old jungle friends” to the caption. The two stars were also sent packing from the jungle together.
In a candid chat with Fabulous before their split, Helen had opened up about her romance with footballer Robbie Talbot, which fizzled out shortly after they began cohabiting. She explained: “I’d asked him to stay for a while, because I often get quite scared in the house on my own and feel safer with a man there.
“But Matilda is very sensitive and a proper daddy’s girl, and she struggles with not seeing Scott as often as she’d like. I always think about how she feels when she misses her dad, and having my boyfriend there maybe doesn’t help her. When you’re a mum, you do what you’ve got to do for your kids – I will always put mine first.”
Helen is a mum to three children with ex Scott; Matilda, nine, Delilah, six, and Charlie, who’s three.
